From Waverley Station: Approximately 10 minute walk

The short but steep way with many stairs (not good with luggage)- Take the Market Street exit, cross the street and walk up Fleshmarket Close, turn left at Cockburn St to the Royal Mile. Cross over the Royal Mile and walk through Hunter Square down Blair Street towards Cowgate. Turn right at Cowgate and walk for about 100 metres. We are on the corner of Guthrie Street.

The longer way but easier with luggage (see map next page)- Exit Waverley Train Station from the Market Street exit. Turn to your left and veer right up Jeffrey Street. Carry on along Jeffrey Street until you reach the High Street (also known as the Royal Mile). Cross over the High Street and straight ahead onto St Mary's Street. Walk down until you reach the road known as the Cowgate. Turn right along the Cowgate for about 300 metres. Kincaids Court is located on the left hand side on the corner of Guthrie St.
