We're situated right on Cowgate, one block from the Royal Mile and literally next door to The Three Sisters, the epicentre of any stag and hen party in Edinburgh. Continue just 3 minutes down the road and you're at the Grassmarket, around the corner from that you've got more of the famous clubs like Espionage, for example.

Our stag and hen groups always have their own apartments and do not share with any other guests outside their group. You have your own keys to your flat and can come and go as you please. Perfect!

Our Edinburgh property is not licensed, but you are welcome to bring your own alcohol and drink responsibly in your apartments. We do, however, expect impeccable behavior and will not tolerate anything that disturbs our other guests. A security deposit or authorised credit card deposit is charged at check in.
