Hampden Park

Hampden Park is Scotland's 52,000-seat national stadium. It is here that the Scotland national football team play their home matches and where major cup finals are held. Hampden Park's home team is Queens' Park FC who are the only amateur football team to play in senior Scottish football. It will be the main stadium for the 2014 Commonwealth Games and will host some football matches during the 2012 London Olympics. It is regularly used for music concerts, where the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Take That, Oasis and Tina Turner have performed.

Originally built in 1903, and hosting a record crowd of over 149,000 people at a Scotland versus England match in 1937, Hampden's place in Scottish history is unmistakable.
