Award-winning comedian pulls the audience's strings

Jason Byrne is heading to the King's Theatre in September and people staying in hostels in Glasgow had better be prepared to become the comedian's puppets on a string.

Having blown customers away with his last tour, Cirque du Byrne, Jason is now taking his People's Puppeteer show on the road with all new stores and props.

Renowned for his audience participation ideas, this latest show is sure to turn members of the crowd into the stars of the show once again, with Byrne's typical high-octane performances revolving around those in front of him.

The award-winning comic is one of the best-selling acts to appear at the Edinburgh Comedy Festival and in 2007 he picked up the Chortle Award for Best Headliner.

If you haven't seen him live before, you may have seen him on TV with appearances on Live at the Apollo and Dave's One Night Stand among his many television and radio credits.

Jason Byrne: Peoples Puppeteer is at the King's Theatre in Glasgow on Saturday September 8th. Tickets cost £18.50 and doors open at 8pm.
