Torvill and Dean announce the celebrities joining Dancing on Ice

Torvill and Dean have announced the celebrities that will be joining them on their Dancing on Ice tour this year as fans book hostels in Newcastle to catch the action.

The former Olympic champions will be joined by Sugababe Heidi Range and X Factor star Chico as well as the current Dancing on Ice winner and Eastenders star Sam Attwater.

Having scooped the competition last year with his partner, Brianne Delcourt, Sam will be hoping he can emulate those performances again in front of the judging panel.

With Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean training and choreographing the stars ahead of their live performances, Attwater is in for tough competition however, and audiences can expect to see some impressive pivots, axels and spins.

Coming to the Metro Radio Arena for three days in April, the show will take up where it left off last year as the ITV television series goes live in venues around the country.

Torvill & Dean's Dancing on Ice - The Live Tour runs from Friday April 13th until Sunday April 15th at the Metro Radio Arena. Tickets cost from £32.50.
