Stag and Hen Groups


We know what it's like finding Stag and Hen budget hotel or hostel accommodation in Newcastle. It can be a little tough really. Well here at Euro Hostel Newcastle we are a bit different. We allocate a small portion of our hostel capacity for stag and hen groups in Newcastle... and are very serious about maintaining that policy. It is strictly a small portion and we do expect the very best behaviour at all times.

You must tell us if you are enquiring about any sort of all-male or all-female group whether it's a Stag or Hen do, a sporting trip, a shopping trip or a golf day.

If you are lucky enough to get some of our limited stag and hen spaces then we will really look after you... just as we look after all of our valuable guests. We know how to make your stay memorable and want you to have the best time you can have. We can even book your Newcastle stag and hen activities for you as well. We will do the right thing by you if you do the right thing by us. That simple.

We get many types of guests here at Euro Hostel Newcastle and do not allow the place to be overrun with stag and hen groups. When making your booking you must let us know that you are a stag party or hen party as we limit the numbers to ensure full comfort of all our guests at all times. If we have availability from our limited allocation, you are welcome to stay. If not, we will let you know and also assist with finding alternative accommodation.

There are a couple of conditions that we insist on;

§  Groups MUST INFORM US at the time of booking that they are a single-sex party of 10 or more. It doesn't matter if you say it is a lads golfing weekend or a girls shopping trip. Single-sex groups of 10 or more are all under the same conditions.

§  If you DO NOT inform us that you are a single-sex group we reserve the right to CANCEL THE BOOKING.... even upon your arrival. As soon as it becomes apparent to us we will not hesitate in terminating the accommodation agreement.

§  We will take credit card authorisations from 2 persons within the group to ensure all is in tip top shape when you depart.

§  All members of the group will sign a check-in form stating that they have read the Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions of lodging are a binding agreement and will be adhered to fully.
