Paint-ball Discounts are guaranteed to give you and your friends a good time. The centre offers a huge variety of specially themed game zones, at very affordable prices.

Massive Attack Paint-ball are also located close to Newcastle Upon Tyne and offer various group packages such as corporate, and 'young gunz', as well as catering for stag and hen parties.

Quad Nation has a number of activity courses around Britain, including Sunderland, Middlesborough, and Bishop Auckland all within easy reach of Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Coquet Shore Base Trust is situated in Amble a short distance from Newcastle Upon Tyne. Prefer the wide-open sky to the dark blue sea?
Northumbria Helicopters and Flying School. Based in Newcastle Airport and trains helicopter pilots while also giving visitors the chance to fly a helicopter themselves. The trial lesson includes a briefing and a half or one-hour flight exercise with a CAA approved flying Instructor.

Northumbria Gliding Club is situated in 88 acres of land overlooking the Tyne Valley. Aircraft hire prices range from £18 to £72. Trial lessons range from £25 to £50.

Cowgate Sports Centre has activities for people of all ages to enjoy including a fitness suite, and badminton and trampoline facilities. There are also yoga classes, climbing-walls, sauna and step classes.

Lightfoot Sports Centre is earning a reputation for its excellent facilities and fitness classes. Their main hall hosts five aside football, badminton and trampoline sessions.

Gateshead Sports Centre is another of Newcastle Upon Tyne’s top fitness and activity centres. It has everything from squash courts, swimming pools, fitness gym, sauna and even a creche.
