Dine 100ft above Edinburgh
People who experience an evening dining above Edinburgh's skyline could enjoy a night's kip in Edinburgh hostels once they come back down to earth.
Skyscanner.net is offering visitors to the Scottish capital the unique opportunity to dine while suspended more than 100ft above Edinburgh's famous landmarks.
Festival in the Sky will run throughout August, giving people the chance to try something they have likely never done before.
A 22-seater table will provide guests with samples of some of Scotland's finest food and drink, affording them the opportunity to mix traditional tastes with an experience that is about as modern as it comes.
The unique dining experience, which incorporates a restaurant pod being suspended from a crane, has taken place in more than 30 countries so far. This is the first time it has visited Scotland.
Diners will be fastened into the chairs, which will rotate during the course of the evening allowing everyone to appreciate each view on offer.
The crane will be located in West Princes Street Gardens.
