Roll Deep to bring hip hop and grime beats to Glasgow Garage

UK grime band Roll Deep will be touring the UK next year to perform to their fans across the country and those looking to see them live can book into Glasgow hostels and head along.

The group, which is a collective of East London hip hop artists, will be staring at the Glasgow Garage on February 12th, performing songs such as Shake a Leg and Take Control, which featured Alesha Dixon.

Furthermore, their set list will feature songs from new album Winner Stays On, which was released last month.

Andy Peterson, who reviewed the record for contactmusic.com, said that the album reflects teenage life well.

He wrote: "As they say on Good Times 'You only get one life, and it goes quite rapid', and as a snapshot of contemporary 2010 teen Britain, Winner Stays On is as good as most."

Tickets to see Roll Deep in Glasgow are priced at £13.75.
