Eliza Doolittle packs up and heads to Glasgow for debut tour

Up-and-coming English singer Eliza Doolittle is all set to tour the UK next year after the release of her debut album and Glasgow hostels could be booked by those looking to see her perform.

The 22-year-old is heading to O2 ABC in Glasgow on March 28th, performing her latest material and up-and-coming hits next year.

Her self-titled album reached number three in the UK charts having been released in July this year and received a number of good reviews.

Fraser McAlpine, writing about the album for the BBC, said that there are "pretty melodies and tweeting harmonies" included, adding that those willing to listen to something different will find "a lovely album".

He wrote: "Let's start with the voice. It's a beautiful, expressive thing: high and clear, with the occasional emotive crack."

Her second single, Pack Up, which will no doubt be among those sung in Glasgow, reached number five in the UK charts.

Tickets to see her perform are priced at £15.25.
