Glasvegas set to play in Newcastle
Hostels in Newcastle could be the perfect option for Glasvegas fans who are heading to the city to see the band play.
The Scottish band is set to play in the O2 Academy in Newcastle on May 2nd following the release of their highly anticipated second album, Euphoric /// Heartbreak \\\.
Due to be released on April 4th, the new album features the track The World is Yours, which has been made available as a free download on the band's official website.
Those attending the forthcoming Newcastle gig may be treated to a surprise special guest appearance from lead singer James Allan's mother.
Elizabeth Corrigan, Allen's mother, features on a track from the band's new album, and guitarist, Rab Allan, revealed that she is keen to appear on stage.
He told NME: "We have been fighting her off with a stick to be honest. She can't wait to get up there so I'm sure we'll see her at some stage."
