Bike show in Glasgow to take place this weekend
Cycling enthusiasts may want to book Glasgow hostels in time for the bike show taking place in the city this weekend (April 16th and 17th).
The first ever Scottish Bike Show is set to take place in Glasgow and the event will see a number of Scottish and international brands showcased.
There will be bike manufacturers, brand specialists, retailers and distributors exhibiting at the event, which is being held in the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre.
Event organiser Rowan Mackie spoke to BikeRadar about the event.
He told the news provider: "We've always had quality cycling events in Scotland, like the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup event at Fort William, but there's never been a consumer event on this scale before.
"We feel the opportunity is ripe for this bike show, and judging by the interest and the pre-sales for the weekend, we've been proven right."
Tickets for the event cost £7.50 for adults and £5.50 for children.
