Exhibition revealing Glasgow's newest museum opened

Culture fans staying in hostels in Glasgow may like to check out a new exhibition that reveals what the city's newest museum will look like.

Artist Patricia Cain has created around 100 drawings, paintings and sculptures of the emerging Riverside Museum, reports the Evening Times.

Drawing (on) Riverside: an Exhibition by Patricia Cain opened on April 15th at the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum and it will run until August 14th.

George Redmond, Glasgow Life chairman, told the news provider: "Anyone who sees the works Patricia Cain has been creating will be astonished by her unique vision and the detail she has captured of Britain's most exciting museum project.

"The exhibition not only showcases Patricia's incredible talent, it also affords visitors an insight into the various stages that have brought this iconic building to life."

Riverside Museum is due to open on June 21st. The Patricia Cain exhibition is free to attend.
