Photography exhibition in Edinburgh to showcase work by aspiring artists
Hostels in Edinburgh could prove ideal for art-fans attending the Leith Festival and during their stay, they may like to check out a new photography exhibition.
The show, taking place at the Boda Bar, has been put on to showcase the works of volunteer photographers and it will be unveiled the night before the launch of the Leith Festival, reports STV.
David Morrison, professional photographer, devised the project with festival manager Adele Conn, told the news provider: "The whole idea of this is to give something back to everyone giving their time taking photographs for the festival everyone a venue to show their work.
"This is the first time that most people have ever had an exhibition, it will be a learning thing for everybody."
Leith Festival will run between June 10th and 19th. 150 events will be taking place across 50 venues within a one mile radius in the city.
