Rumer ready for Newcastle stage

Fans of singer/songwriter Rumer may want to stay in hostels in Newcastle after seeing her perform.

The 32-year-old, whose real name is Sarah Joyce, will be playing at Newcastle City Hall on November 13th and tickets cost between £21.45 and £35.75 including the booking fee.

Fans of the songstress will no doubt be treated to tracks from her debut album Seasons of My Soul, which featured songs such as Slow, Aretha and Take Me as I Am.

Rumer recently played at Glastonbury Festival, which took place between June 22nd and 26th.

A review of the singer's performance in the Sun revealed that Rumer managed to bring some calm to the crowds.

It said: "Rumer brought a much-needed injection of calm to those tired from all the walking through sticky mud.

"Rumer's not one for anecdotes between tunes, she lets her hypnotic music do the talking.

"With a voice like melting chocolate, she provided an enthralling distraction from the liquefied soil underfoot."
