Micky Flanagan to bring laughs to Glasgow

Comedy fans who are looking to stay in city centre accommodation in Glasgow may enjoy seeing Micky Flanagan performing during their trip.

The London-based comedian will be performing at the King's Theatre in Glasgow on October 30th, where he will be telling jokes in his usual style, deconstructing the Cockney Myth and revealing tales from his working class upbringing.

In an interview with thisisnottingham.co.uk earlier this year, Flanagan revealed his thoughts on stand-up and his career within the industry.

He told the news provider: "Stand-up is uncluttered and clean. It's uncensored. You live or die by what you do. I love that clarity.

"The other night, I had a rant on stage about them charging 80p for a Kit-Kat on trains, and I got a cheer. I thought, 'That's it. I've connected'."

Flanagan has appeared as a guest on a number of TV shows, including Mock the Week and Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow.
