Bryan Ferry set to perform to Edinburgh crowd

Roxy Music fans may want to think about staying in Edinburgh hostels after seeing the band's frontman play in the city.

Bryan Ferry will be performing at the Edinburgh Castle Esplanade on September 3rd and tickets are priced at £40 and £50, excluding the booking fee.

Fans may well be treated to tracks from the musician's back catalogue, as well as some from his last album, Olympia, which was released last year.

Olympia is Ferry's first album of mostly original material since 2002's Frantic and it includes songs such as Song to the Siren, You Can Dance and One Night.

Ferry was recently interviewed by GQ magazine about his collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana, explaining the difference between Italian men and British men.

He told the news provider: "Italian men are generally much better dressed than their English counterparts. They wear suits with more flair and panache, and they are genuinely interested in fabrics. In fact, tailoring is taken seriously in Italy, which I think is a good thing."
