Axis of Awesome bring hit show to Glasgow

Fans of the Axis of Awesome are descending on Glasgow hostels to see the legendary comedy band perform.

Borrowing a trick or two from Flight of the Conchords and Spinal Tap, The Axis of Awesome are a hilarious live band.

Their mixture of original comedy tracks and pop song parodies has created a very real fanbase for the rather unreal band and their show in Glasgow in November is destined to sell out.

Youtube legends for the Four Chord Song, which has over 20 million hits, they made TV appearances in the UK following their infamous "Scissors, Paper, ROCK!" album.

Audiences don't know whether to laugh, cry, or dance when they see the band that recently won the Time Out Award for Best Australian Act at the Sydney Comedy Festival.

The Axis of Awesome are playing at Glasgow's Oran Mor Comedy Club on Saturday, November 19th. Tickets cost £15.
