Frank Turner prepares for November gig in Glasgow

Glasgow hostel guests will get to see cult singer-songwriter Frank Turner as part of the musician's tour in November.

He will be supported by his backing singers The Sleeping Souls, while Emily Barker and The Red Clay Halo will also take to the stage.

The performance is just one of six dates that Turner has planned and he will also be appearing in Bournemouth, Newport, Birmingham, Manchester and London.

A further performance has also been announced for London's Wembley Arena next year.

Turner used to be a member of Million Dead, however, his career has somewhat taken off since he went solo.

Albums such as Poetry of the Dead, England Keep My Bones and Love, Ire & Song have brought him to the attention of music fans around the UK, while his live performances have also been praised highly.

The indie folk star will be appearing at Barrowland on Friday November 25th.
