David Shrigley play gets world premiere in Glasgow
The world premiere of a play by internationally renowned visual artist David Shrigley is set to entertain Glasgow hostel guests.
Pass The Spoon is a wonderfully funny new performance that has bubbled from the mind of tongue-in-cheek satirist David Shrigley, famous for his dead pan illustration and comic strip in the Guardian.
With music written by award-winning composer David Fennessy and the whole shebang directed by Nicholas Bone with live music from the Red Note Ensemble, the latest show the brilliant Magnetic North company is set to delight audiences with its humour.
Taking a unique slant on the opera, Pass The Spoon is all about fruit and vegetables. A show with real actors, music, and food, it's all about cooking and has as a star of the show nothing other than a dung beetle.
Pass The Spoon runs at Glasgow's Tramway from Thursday 17th until Saturday November 19th.
Tickets cost £14 for adults and £10 for concessions. For more information visit the Tramway website.
