Christmas Comedy coming to Glasgow

Glasgow hostel guests are in for a Christmas treat when Rob Deering brings his festive special to the city's The Stand comedy club.

It may sound risky for a comedian to delve into the Christmas material box before we're even into December, especially for one whose name sounds awfully like Santa's famous sleigh drivers, but Rob Deering is no ordinary comedian.

His audience are sure to get 'ha ha ha' and 'ho ho ho' in equal measure when he brings his Christmas Special routine to The Stand, and heckling is hardly in the Christmas spirit is it?

Combining his hilarious mix of stand-up and music for his show, crowds can expect a whirlwind comedy gig, party and mixtape all in one for this one-off show.

Those who experienced his 2010 show are still apparently trying to stop laughing, so it is a fair bet that the 2011 show will be worth a punt.

Rob Deering's Christmas Special is at The Stand in Glasgow on Monday November 28th. Tickets are £10 and £8 for concessions.
